By bonding 3 chips in different colors in a tiny pcb, the color mixing becomes so beautiful. Not only the beautiful colors, Lumex QuasarBrite™ RGB SMD LEDs in 0707 package, SMD-LX0707RGB-TR, is come with built-in control IC.

With the built-in controll IC, each QuasarBrite™ SMD-LX0707RGB-TR LED is able to perform variety colors by 256 grades PWM of the R/G/B color chips. Also, QuasarBrite™ SMD-LX0707RGB-TR keeps the low profile and low drive current.

The beauty of the embedded IC come with QuasarBrite™ SMD-LX0707RGB-TR is saving the preciouse time and space on doing the circuit design from several pieces or massive amount of RGB LEDs. With no more complex circuit layout, QuasarBrite™ SMD-LX0707RGB-TR easily adapt odd size, different shape or different material PCB design including hallow ring, rigid strip and flexible strip to satisfied different application requirement.

Also, it saves lots of space of driving ICs. A single GPIO pin is able to manage up to 1024 QuasarBrite™ SMD-LX0707RGB-TR.

The sample code provided by Lumex makes the manipulating of the embedded driver IC easier than never before. This will reduce the time and effort on controlling the LED.
