High-Power Infrared Emitters

• 300 mW to >1 W continuous output; several watts pulsed
• Metal-core or ceramic substrates with exposed thermal pads
• Designed for night-vision lighting, LiDAR, 3-D imaging and medical therapy

Infrared Receiver Modules

• Integrated photodiode, amplifier and band-pass filter
